Unless specified otherwise by clients, all raw billets are sourced from Yongxing Special Steel. Each batch undergoes strict verification for material, labeling, and certification consistency before individual billet inspection, ensuring full compliance before production starts. To maintain exceptional cleanliness, all products are meticulously washed with pure or ultrapure water and dried in a tunnel furnace, leaving stainless steel free from impurities or residues. Our robust manufacturing process involves over 100 control points from raw material selection, cold processing, and heat treatment, to cleaning, polishing, passivation, and electropolishing.

Our facility is outfitted with advanced machinery, including precision cold rolling mills, automated
